Projects

Once WhereTo was acquired by Flight Centre, I executed UX research projects that focused on improving content, design, and information architecture with our rebranding to Melon. Details of these projects are listed on this page. While this is not a comprehensive list of my projects for go-to-market, they were some of my higher profile contributions.

Admin Panel Redesign

When WhereTo transitioned into Melon, a consolidation between two admin dashboards was necessary to provide existing clients important reporting data. I was tasked with heading a user research project to consolidate existing features with new data points and designs within Melon.

Most of my day-to-day projects included testing new and existing features on our booking platform. My research methods include recruiting users, creating research guidelines, leading usability tests, and presenting my findings to the product team. As the first UX Researcher on the team, this is the process I defined as our UX best practices.

After our product launch, I lead a user research project with the goal of improving our content organization and algorithm for our search results. This process included recruiting participants, creating a research guide, leading usability tests, analyzing data, and presenting a key findings summary to stakeholders.

WhereTo was our original travel booking platform that was eventually rebranded as Melon. Projects focused on Help Center content creation, user experience data analysis, as well as business card and swag designs.
